Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChannelForge AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ChannelForge AI is a subscription-based software-as-a-service product that provides AI-generated YouTube scripts. Additional pipeline features (AI voice generation, automated video editing, AI thumbnails, niche research, and YouTube auto-upload) are on our public roadmap and are clearly marked as "coming soon" inside the product. We do not promise availability of roadmap features and do not bill for them as live functionality.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChannelForge AI. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use ChannelForge AI to:

• Generate, distribute, or publish unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Produce spam, deceptive, or misleading material;
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service;
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, and monetize any scripts or other output generated by the service.

ChannelForge AI is offered on monthly recurring subscription plans (currently Starter, Pro, and Agency). Subscriptions are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Plan features and prices may change; material changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply to renewals after the change takes effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the scripts and other content you generate using ChannelForge AI, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the ChannelForge AI platform, software, models, branding, and documentation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated scripts will achieve any particular performance, ranking, monetization, or audience result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChannelForge AI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where changes are material, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
