Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChannelForge AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

ChannelForge AI is a subscription-based platform that helps you generate YouTube content using AI, including script writing, text-to-speech voiceovers, thumbnail concepts, automated video assembly, niche research, and (where enabled) uploading videos to your connected YouTube channel.

ChannelForge AI is offered on recurring subscription plans (currently Starter, Pro, and Agency). Subscriptions are billed in advance through Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Plan features and prices may change; material changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply to renewals after the change takes effect.

Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because we offer a free trial that lets you evaluate the Service before paying, and because each use consumes real AI generation and video-rendering costs, we do not refund partial billing periods or unused features. Where mandatory consumer-protection law (including the IL Consumer Protection Law) grants you a cancellation or refund right, that right prevails.

You agree not to use ChannelForge AI to:

• Generate, distribute, or publish unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content;
• Produce spam, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent material, including misinformation or impersonation;
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
• Use the Service to violate the policies of any connected third-party platform (including YouTube).

You own the content you generate. As between you and ChannelForge AI, you retain all rights to the scripts, voiceovers, thumbnails, and videos you create using the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of underlying model and media providers. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate the Service for you.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the ChannelForge AI platform, software, models we develop, branding, and documentation.

Output produced by AI models can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or offensive, and may resemble existing works. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated output. ChannelForge AI does not guarantee that output is original, accurate, suitable for any particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.

When you connect a YouTube channel or use ChannelForge AI to create content for YouTube, you are responsible for complying with all YouTube policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, the Partner Program policies (if you are monetizing), and YouTube's requirements around disclosing altered or synthetic content (including AI-generated voiceovers, imagery, and video). You must use YouTube's content-disclosure tooling where required and clearly label AI-generated material to your audience.

ChannelForge AI uses YouTube API Services. By using features that rely on those services, you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Supabase, Shotstack, Resend, Dodo Payments, Google/YouTube, PostHog, and Sentry. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, products, or services of any third party. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that AI output, generated videos, or uploaded content will achieve any particular performance, ranking, monetization, or audience result, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHANNELFORGE AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChannelForge AI and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) content you generate, upload, or publish; (iii) your violation of these Terms; or (iv) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law, including YouTube and Google policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where changes are material, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
