• Account data: name, email address, and password (hashed).
• Usage data: scripts generated, feature usage, log and device data, IP address, and approximate location.
• Payment data: billing email, plan, and transaction metadata. Full card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Merchant of Record); we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications: support requests and messages you send us.

• Generate AI scripts you request;
• Process subscriptions, billing, and refunds;
• Communicate with you about your account and support requests;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse or security issues;

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and limited analytics to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors:

• Hosting and database / authentication provider — stores your account, profile, and generated scripts.
• AI model provider — receives your script prompts to generate output. Prompts and outputs may be transmitted to the provider's servers.
• Payment processor (Merchant of Record) — processes payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds.
• Email delivery — sends transactional emails such as receipts and password resets.

We retain your account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights").

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict processing of, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. EU/EEA users have rights under the GDPR; Israeli users have rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law. To exercise any of these rights, email ghostforgeapp@gmail.com from the address on file. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ChannelForge AI is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including Israel, the European Union, and the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material updates will be notified by email or in-app notice.
