Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a paid plan, provided that no video has been created (rendered) on your account during the paid period. We verify this against our usage records.

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Once a video has been created during a paid period, that period is non-refundable. AI generation and video rendering consume real costs as soon as they are used.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Use our Contact page (subject: Refund Request) or email ghostforgeapp@gmail.com with the email address on your account and your Dodo Payments order reference. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial (up to 3 short videos), so you can evaluate ChannelForge before paying.

Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
