We stand behind ChannelForge AI. If you're not fully satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Email us at support@channelforgeai.com with:

• Subject line: Refund Request
• The email address on your account
• Your order ID or payment reference (from your Dodo Payments receipt)
• A brief reason (optional — helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once approved.

The following are non-refundable:

• API usage already consumed (OpenAI TTS characters, Creatomate video renders)
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
