Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident when subscribing to ChannelForge AI. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel your subscription. Billing for ChannelForge AI is processed by a third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record on our behalf.
1. 7-Day Refund Window
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that the service has not been substantially used. "Substantially used" generally means the account has consumed a significant portion of the plan's monthly script quota.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals (the second and subsequent billing cycles) are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see "Cancellation" below. If you believe a renewal was charged in error (e.g., a billing bug or a duplicate charge), email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.
3. Not Eligible for a Refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase;
- Accounts that have substantially used the monthly quota;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service;
- Partial-month or pro-rated refunds for unused days after a renewal.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email ghostforgeapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Refund request". Include your account email and the approximate date of purchase. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our Merchant of Record and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period; no further charges will be made.
